Healey Brothers is currently hiring a call center representative in our corporate office centralized Business Development Center. This employee's key role will consist of answering incoming calls in our centralized business development center and setting sales and service appointments for customers, providing a word class experience to all our customers. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 years' experience of corporate/business experience and handling high volume calls. Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.

What You Will Do:
Answer all incoming phone calls according to a proven, pre-set script, and schedule a service appointment
Confirms next day scheduled appointments booked 48+ hours ago
Contacts customers to re-schedule “no-show" customer appointments
Contacts customers regarding special order parts, incomplete recalls, complimentary services, next service
Follows up with customers via telephone, email and mailings after service regarding their satisfaction

+ Qualification agent in some states may be responsible to keep technician trainee cards up to date. Hours for Cummins technicians to qualify for electrical tests will be monitored and submitted to the state by the agent will ensure the techs are renewing their trainee cards and completing the education courses to stay in compliance. If required by the State, make notes in job story that a QA inspection has been completed and/or attach a virtual screenshot of e-mail in Cummins operations systems.

Allstate at Prestige Ford Garland is looking for a full time Sales Producer of retail insurance products including Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella, etc. Candidates must be self-motivated and efficient with selling and quoting and must have an excellent phone voice and demeanor with excellent communication and written skills along with a positive attitude and healthy work ethic. We offer a base salary plus commission.
Duties may typically include:
Cross-selling existing customers with other Allstate products
Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referrals
Generating quotes
Conducting policy reviews & updating policies
Processing payments & reporting claims
Providing excellent customer service
Relationship building
Other Duties as Required or Assigned
Requirements:
Licensed P&C Agent
Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills
Computer literate
Confident, self-starter who works well independently
Must have ability to multi-task
Must love sales
Must be organized
Must work well with others in small office environment
Must have positive attitude
Must possess strong work ethic
