Reporting to the Training Manager, the Direct Care Worker will assist in the care of consumers in the home by carrying out certain personal care and light housekeeping services in carefully selected situations. Assigned duties are implemented in a manner appropriate to the age-specific needs of the consumers served. Type of supervision exercised: none. Jobs reporting to this position: none.
