Skilled in interpretation of product and manufacturing drawings and specifications. Skilled in the use of Siemens NX & Teamcenter CAD/CAM systems and product data management systems. Knowledgeable in 4- and 5-axis milling machining processes. Knowledgeable in programming, online and offline, of conventional milling machines. Expert Knowledge in parametric model definition tools of NX and assembly modeling with interpart linking. Knowledge in designing component fixtures related to milling machining processes.     Shift 2 (United States of America) We are seeking a skilled Manual Lathe Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong mathematical skills, the ability to read blueprints, and proficiency in using measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers. The role involves turning outside and inside diameters, machining internal and external threads, and working within a tolerance Maintaining good housekeeping and adherence to the 5S system are also essential. Key Responsibilities: • Operate manual lathes to perform precision machining operations. • Turn outside and inside diameters to specified dimensions. • Machine internal and external threads. • Read and interpret blueprints to understand machining specifications. • Use and calibrate measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers to ensure precision. • Maintain equipment and perform routine maintenance. • Ensure the quality of machined parts meets or exceeds specifications. • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace. • Adhere to the 5S system (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain).
