Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
As an entry level position, the Inventory and Logistics Technician I will perform these tasks as trained under supervision but may not have mastered all of them.

What will you do?
Adhere to all company safety regulations and policies.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment, serving as a role model for workplace hygiene.
Manage documentation related to waste disposal.
Prepares delivery notes and picking lists to ensure accurate information transfer between the warehouse and ERP system.
Record incoming goods in the SAP system by verifying packing lists and inspecting received items.
Organizes transportation of finished products to customers.
Collaborates with customers' local teams to solve minor delivery issues and daily tasks.
Manages the exchange of returnable packaging between Plants and clients (pallets, boxes, trays, etc.).
Participates in the periodic physical inventory
Organizes transportation of all inbound items (equipment and spare parts)
Prepares and expedites purchase orders for materials and services needed.
Prepares data and reports for logistics department. Including the creation of reports in Microsoft excel, data entry, and analysis of data.
Review and organize files: create well-structured electronic filing system with a logical hierarchy of folders and consistent naming conventions.
Promotes effective communication between team and Managers.
Interacts with various business functions to drive high performance culture.
Corresponds with both internal and external customers effectively.
What are we looking for?
Associate's degree preferred; relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of education
Required: Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and lookup functions.
Knowledge of the supply chain process
Preferred: 1 year experience working in a logistics department within a manufacturing company, background in information systems or business administration.
Preferred: working knowledge of an ERP system (preferably SAP).
