This is an established program between TeamHealth and HCA staffed with internal medicine (IM) hospitalists and nocturnists that are all local to Austin. Our physicians work a traditional 7-on, 7-off schedule.
St. David's Georgetown has 114 beds but only 50 beds are handled by the hospitalist program. We are currently staffing this with 3-day time providers (7a-7p) with 1 nocturnist physician (7p-7a). This is a closed ICU setting, averaging 20-22 total patient encounters per day shift clinician and a maximum of 10 admissions at night. We do not require our clinicians to perform procedures within this role. You only need to respond to codes for your patients, so you are able to assist the codes team. Presently all St. David's locations are using Meditech for their EMR.

The typical pay range for this role is:
$174,070.00 - $374,920.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
