Responsible for understanding inventory, discontinuations, price changes, new product launches, etc. of assigned categories. Gap analysis to drive focus to underperforming areas. Troubleshoots and resolves issues related to data, vendor management, marketing and more. Weekly/monthly meetings with categories main point of contact to discuss strategy and performance. Qualifications: Undergraduate Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business or related field or proven experience of 3+ years in eCommerce field required. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally across written formats, virtual meetings, and presentations, while operating independently. Product knowledge of Waterworks & Geosynthetics categories or manufacturers preferred. Proficient in current SEO and SEM standard methodologies Comfortable working in tools such as: Excel, Outlook, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Power BI and other merchandising tools. Familiar with conversion rates, return rates, marketing efficiency, AOV, and other digital commerce KPIs. Customer centered approach to sophisticated business/user problems. In this role, here are some of the frequent tasks you will be doing: * Drive your personal vehicle (with gas mileage reimbursement) to a variety of store locations * Retrieve FritoLay products and merchandise the product throughout the store * Work in a team environment with professional Route Sales Representatives * Follow a consistent schedule with specific start times and customers (You will have the opportunity to attain different work schedules with time!) * Leverage a company issued iPhone to view schedules, communicate with team members, and log activity We operate 24 hours a day, so you may not have a typical schedule, and our jobs are physical!
