Summary: Delivers and serves food at scheduled functions under the supervision of the catering captain. Ensures the accurate execution of all events during his/her shift. May drive a catering delivery truck. Sets up and serves at functions; cleans event area during and after events; breaks down the setup and leaves the area neat and clean; returns leftover food and equipment to the catering facility in a timely manner.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assembles and delivers all food and supplies for catered functions to their scheduled locations.
Logs and maintains food temperatures.
Arranges tables and decorations.
Arranges buffet tables with food, beverage and service items according to standards.
Serve food and beverages to guests.
Thoroughly cleans location after event is completed.
Returns food and beverages, serving equipment and utensils to catering facility.
Distributes and collects customer comment cards for catered functions.
Stocks, cleans and maintains catering facility and equipment.
Ensures guests receive friendly, courteous service at all times.
Maintains in-depth knowledge of complete menu and products on hand.
Maintains clean and safe work environment.
Follows safety and sanitation policy and procedures at all times.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: Valid driver's license may be required; must possess or able to obtain a valid food handler's permit and/or alcohol servers' permit where required by state law.

The Role:
Maintains and cleans guest common areas (guest room hallways, carpets, landings, vending areas, elevators and fitness rooms). This includes sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and carpet cleaning as needed.
Removes trash from trash receptacles in guest common areas as well as in back of house areas.
Refills and restocks linen closets with guest supplies such as toilet paper, facial tissue, soap, shampoo, etc.
Delivers, returns, cleans guest refrigerators/roll-aways and records inventory.
Completes pet checks upon front desk request.
Processes guest room attendant and guest room inspector supply requests in timely manner.
Cleans and organizes housekeeping office and all linen closets and other storage areas.
Maintains cleaning supplies and prepares chemicals bottles and cleaning rags for guest room attendants.
Notifies room inspectors/ supervisor of damaged or missing inventory or areas requiring work orders from the Facility Department.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain pristine condition and appearance of all club spaces, including dining rooms, restrooms, and event area.
Execute light repairs such as touch-up painting, fixture replacement, and minor plumbing or carpentry to uphold luxury standards.
Support event preparations by assisting with room setups, furnishings, and décor adjustments that enhance the guest experience.
Proactively observe and report facility needs, ensuring swift attention to any maintenance or presentation concerns.
Manage cleaning and maintenance supplies with care and organization, promoting sustainability and efficiency.
Collaborate closely with housekeeping, concierge, and operations teams to support seamless member service throughout the day.
Uphold a polished and professional presence, engaging courteously with members when visible on the floor.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in housekeeping or facility maintenance, ideally in a high-end hospitality or club environment.
Strong attention to detail with a member-first approach to service and presentation.
Availability for flexible scheduling, including evenings or weekends as needed.
Competence in basic mechanical, electrical, and plumbing repairs.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
