Total Care Services, Inc. provides Supports Planning services across the state of Maryland. We help our clients access Medicaid and non-Medicaid home and community-based services (HCBS). These services are administered by the Maryland Department of Health, Office of Long-Term Services and Supports. As a Supports Planner you help identify, access, and coordinate services and supports to maintain their health, safety, and independence. You will also help with waiver eligibility determination and maintenance.
Requirements
Minimum of 21 years of age
MUST have Masters or Bachelors degree in Human services field.
Must be a licensed driver and have own transportation with valid insurance.
Must be a U.S. citizen or alien who is lawfully authorized to work in the United States
Must have computer skills and know how to perform tasks utilizing Microsoft Word, and MS Excel.
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.

Evaluation Procedures: Student workers are evaluated on a continuous basis.
Scope:
Help Create Content, social media posts and promote events for Campus Recreation.
Responsibilities:
* Report to work promptly for all scheduled work shifts.
* Provide professionalism and promptly post regularly across social media platforms
* Create upcoming events/ flyers via Box Out and or Canva software
* Attend Campus rec events and take photos (Events, intramurals, etc.)
* Report any problems to supervisor.
* Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
* Current undergraduate student at McDaniel College with Federal Work Study
* Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
* Must be reliable, prompt, and self-motivated.
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
* Ability to move the equipment within the gym.
* Ability to access non-handicap assessable areas of the gym.
* Ability to work well with others and to share work responsibilities.
* Ability to work late nights/and or some weekends

1. Serve as a primary or secondary teaching instructor in a class or laboratory

3. Grade student assignments which require knowledge of subjects taught in a class or
laboratory
4. Meet with and/or tutor students, hold office hours, prepare instructional materials, and assist
during class and/or lab, etc. For this position, Teaching Assistant will assist with one section of SWK 170: Introduction to Social Work
Salary Rate / Pay Rate
$755/month
Required Qualifications
1. Eligible for appointment as per the requirements in the Graduate Assistant Handbook which can be found at *****************************************************
2. Applicants must already be a MSW degree seeking student in the School of Social Work at Illinois State University.
3. For Teaching Assistant positions, State law mandates demonstrable oral proficiency in the English language as a requirement for this position.
4. Strong organization, writing, and communication skills.
Work Hours
12-2pm Tuesdays & Thursdays (SWK 170 is 12:35-1:50pm Tuesdays & Thursdays)
