Responsibilities
Perform inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Ford and Stellantis vehicles
Handle both routine and complex repairs including brakes, suspension, electrical, and engine work
Conduct oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks (Maintenance Technicians)
Diagnose drivability and electrical issues (Main Line Technicians)
Test-drive vehicles and perform post-repair quality checks
Communicate clearly with Service Advisors regarding repair needs and timelines
Follow all dealership and manufacturer repair procedures

Qualifications

Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning and any other repair that may come up.
Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and troubleshoot vehicle issues.
Replace worn or damaged vehicle parts, including brakes, bearings and sensors.
Test drive vehicles to gauge performance before and after repairs
Complete repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
Maintain equipment and tools in good condition
Communicate directly with the Service Advisors to ensure our customers are kept informed about service and time completion information.
Maintain high safety and quality standards.
Qualifications
ASE certifications are ideal
Strong automotive background
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Willing to submit to a background check
Must have clean & valid driver's license
