Will have prior experience in maintenance best practices and procedures that support the duties, responsibilities, and skill sets required of an Industrial Mechanic. This position deals with the maintenance of water, wastewater and reclaimed water equipment such as, but not limited to the following: submersible pumps, dry pit pumps, high head pressure mobile pumps, vertical turbine pumps, split case pumps, progressive cavity pumps, peristaltic pumps, rotary lobe blowers, centrifuges, conveyors, valves, piping, gearboxes, air systems, gas compressors, gas service turbine generators, grit chambers or manual bar screens and chemical systems such as those used in treating H2S gases, water treatment, and wastewater treatment within Water Resources Department systems and Plant Facilities. This candidate will be able to troubleshoot and repair any of the above listed equipment as well as perform predictive and preventative maintenance utilizing the following tools and technologies; perform alignments on pumps and motors, utilize laser alignment equipment on blowers and motors; be able to perform vibration and ultrasound testing on motors, gearboxes, pumps, and blowers with provided vibration and ultrasound tools. Candidate should possess advanced knowledge of preventative maintenance practices, procedures, and techniques for lubrication and greasing of all the above equipment. Candidates should have some background in Stick, TIG, or MIG welding and PVC, CPVC, and flanged piping repairs. We are looking for Kennel Techs for the morning 6 am - 2 pm shift and evening 2 pm - 10 pm shift.
The Pet Care Associate will provide exceptional care to the pet guests of Bay Paws Pet Resort in Dog Daycare and/or Boarding. The Pet Care Associate will be responsible for providing a positive, fun, interactive experience for the pet guests, while also ensuring their safety and health. The Pet Care Associate will communicate effectively and clearly with the Bay Paws management team to ensure information regarding pet experiences, temperament and needs are shared as needed.
The Pet Care Associate is responsible for the following duties:
Managing Pet's daily schedule (feeding, activities, grooming, daycare, etc.)
Providing overall pet care, including but not limited to feeding, cleaning, medicating, laundering, elimination removal, pet parent communication, etc. for all pet guests of Bay Paws Pet Resort
Preparing for arrival of pets into Boarding and/or Daycare
Preparing for departure of pets from Boarding and/or Daycare
Ensuring the safety of the pets throughout all tasks
Following all cleaning and sanitary guidelines for elimination areas
Following all policy and procedures of Bay Paws Pet Resort
Exceeding pet parent expectations by providing knowledgeable and loving care to pet guests
Maintaining and cleaning of Boarding and Daycare areas
Promoting healthy pet care throughout Bay Paws Pet Resort
Adhere to Bay Paws Pet Resort employee dress code for Pet Care Associate
Ability, when needed, to transport pets for veterinary care
Any additional assigned tasks by management of Bay Paws Pet Resort
