**Type:** Six-month contract, with opportunity to extend or full-time offer
**Schedule:** Monday through Friday, able to work between the hours of 6am and 6pm PST, alternating Saturdays

**Responsibilities of the Pharmacy Technician:**
+ Make outbound phones to collect clinical information for Medicare Part D Appeal Requests
+ Demonstrate the ability to accurately capture and verify information provided by prescribers, members, and pharmacies to support timely and compliant medication access decisions.
+ Adhere to all internal policies, regulatory requirements (e.g., CMS, URAC), and quality assurance standards when handling sensitive member and prescriber data. Regularly update records, audit trails, and member accounts in real-time to reflect accurate PA statuses and outcomes.
+ Maintain sharp attention to detail while entering data into electronic systems. Prioritize workload based on urgency and established service level agreements (SLAs), ensuring timely and consistent processing of all requests.
+ Patient Safety and Quality of work is paramount and it's important for employees to have a safe and secure workspace and communicate with their leadership when that safety (equipment, system, information) is compromised
+ Promote a culture of safety that is equitable, transparent, and engaging for patients, family caregivers, and healthcare workforce.

**Qualifications for the Pharmacy Technician:**
+ HS Diploma or GED
+ Active California State Board of Pharmacy Technician Licensure
+ 2+ years of pharmacy technician experience required
+ Prior experience with Medicare preferred
+ Able to work a shift between 6am-6pm PST, including OT and weekends

The individual will be responsible for providing electromagnetic compatibility/interference (EMC/EMI) and signal integrity (SI) testing of automotive components and development and support of EMC/EMI/SI test related activities where a considerable amount of creativity and initiative are involved. The individual will work independently or part of a test team, with guidance as needed from engineering leader. Work duties follow general to complex practices and procedures. Work duties involve a definite degree of skill, accuracy, and coordination. Effectively use the Microsoft suite of Office products.
Job Description:
1. Conduct EMC/EMI/SI test and/or development programs.
• Review test specifications and test requirements to perform testing according to test plans.
• Verify and set-up test instrumentation to conduct test programs.
• Fabricate and verify test samples/assemblies.
• Conduct EMC and SI testing according to specific product requirements.
2. Diagnose, analyze, and troubleshoot EMC/EMI/SI test configurations.
• Troubleshoot test set-ups.
• Program/debug/troubleshoot automated test controller systems.
• Identify product performance anomalies according to test plan/product specifications.
3. Gather, analyze, and report EMC/EMI/SI data.
• Review test results to ensure proper data collection and integrity of test.
• Document test results and compile final test reports.
• Effectively communicate in concise format.
4. Support technical direction of EMC/EMI/SI testing.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of EMC and SI testing systems and procedures.
• Develop and support new test technology.
• Assist in the automation of EMC and SI test systems.
Qualifications:
• Two-year associates degree in an engineering discipline and/or equivalent experience required.
• Background in analog and digital circuitry preferred.
• Working knowledge with electronic/electrical test equipment preferred.
• High level of verbal and written communication skills preferred.
• One to three years of related experience in electromagnetic compatibility or RF testing. Preferred.
• Working knowledge of radio frequency preferred.
• Computer programming skills with knowledge of networks preferred.
Other Skills and Abilities:
- Understanding of engineering theory and principles of design.
- Capability in problem solving.
- Ability to work independently and with others.
- Working knowledge of digital signal analyzers, oscilloscopes, signal generators, and DMM.
- High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others and as part of a team.

During our comprehensive training process, you will learn the following responsibilities for the Entry Level Monitoring Technician (LDAR) position which are located onsite at our client sites:
Daily monitoring of components to detect leaking equipment (valves, pumps, connectors, etc.) which can be a source of emissions and volatile hazardous air pollutants
Perform and record calibrations on analyzers after use
Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on analyzers
Identify and report changes to components while performing monitoring
Identify and report new or removed components while performing monitoring
Identify and report Audio Visual Olfactory (AVO) leaks, Open-Ended Lines (OEL)
Identify and report components with missing identification tags
Support leak repair activities at customer work sites as required
Complete Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) daily
Complete Equipment and Vehicle Inspections as required
Complete daily paperwork (job summary, component change forms, missing tags, etc)
Attend and participate in daily toolbox meetings and scheduled safety meetings
Complete all safety and knowledge trainings as assigned
Requirements:
Ability to be on your feet for 8-10+ hours per day on uneven ground (concrete, rock, grass, mud/dirt, etc.), while wearing the monitoring backpack (weighing up to 25 lbs.) as well as carry other equipment as needed (ladders, water coolers, etc.)
Love being outdoors, working safely in all weather conditions
Ability and desire to climb stairs and ladders to high heights (up to 300ft)
Ability to understand and use hand-held device, and have some mechanical abilities (preferred)
Reliable transportation to the worksites is required
