Our residential locations have either one or two individuals living in the home. At Specialized Services sites, staff are required have experience working with individuals with one of the following: severe mental illness, crisis, physical interventions, and behavior supports. You will support residents based on their individual care plans, helping them meet their physical, emotional, and social needs in a homelike setting.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with daily personal care (dressing, undressing, hygiene, bathing)
Administer and monitor medications; manage supplies and complete documentation
Record vital signs and weights
Perform laundry services (wash, dry, distribute clean laundry, collect dirty items)
Help with mobility and safe transfers
Support the kitchen (serve meals, wash dishes, clean and reset)
Perform light housekeeping (empty trash, clean bathrooms, make and change beds)
Encourage participation in resident activities
Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
