Reports all equipment issues to the supervisor or manager as soon as possible.
Complete and submit reports throughout the day regarding production.
Visually inspects product for quality and quantity.
Monitoring runs and performing basic troubleshooting on our Bakery equipment.
Support quality control programs to ensure production procedures follow best practices of food safety and quality standards.
Understands and complies with all safety procedures that apply to daily operations.
Work safely; follow proper lock out/tag out procedure where applicable.
Maintains a safe and clean environment by adhering to safety policy, 5S SOP, SSOP, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) procedures.

* Total operation of manual, semiautomatic and automatic packaging lines and presses including quality control, material procurement, line set up and adjustment of product within specifications, light preventative maintenance and communications as required to operate the line.

Conduct quality checks throughout the production process, ensuring all specifications and standards are met.
Troubleshoot and resolve equipment or process issues to minimize downtime and maintain production flow.
Assist maintenance teams with basic preventive maintenance, repairs, and equipment adjustments.
Maintain accurate production records and inventory documentation according to company procedures.
Follow all safety procedures and LOTO rules to promote a safe work environment.
Keep work areas clean and organized to support efficient operations and safety compliance.
Who You Are
1+ year of machine operation experience, preferably in a manufacturing or tube mill environment.
Associate's or Technical School Diploma preferred.
Mechanical aptitude with ability to use measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and tape measures.
Basic computer proficiency to enter and retrieve work order information.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
Ability to work overtime and flexible hours as needed to meet production demands.
Physical Abilities
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and perform repetitive motions.
Capable of standing, walking, bending, and operating machinery for extended periods.
Comfortable working in a steel manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, heat, and industrial equipment.

MAJOR FUNCTION
This position is responsible for the assembly, complete machine documentation and other various assembly operations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assemble parts and accessories and / or machines as required by daily report; follow checklists and manufacturing order definitions.
Refer to check lists as steps of assembly operation
Verify M.O. matched actual approved kit (sub-assembly) and/or machines and contents of M.O. including correct materials and labor time.
Report defective assemblies and/or machines components to final Assembly Lead and replace as required.
Assist with other kit assemblies and/or machine assemblies as required.
Perform production unit clean up tasks as assigned in work instruction and safety standards. Sweep machine building path daily or as required.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent; previous machine assembly experience preferred but not required. Must be mechanically inclined.
