Maintains safe and clean working environment, performing daily cleanup of work areas

QUALIFICATIONS:

Supports the plating, wet etch, and stripping processes by preparing, maintaining, and setting up recipes to ensure an efficient and consistent process

Assists engineers to run plating process development experiments, collects and analyzes data, and recommends corrective action if required

The purpose of this position is to provide technical support for new and existing production processes and product builds.
+ Revise documentation for assembly and test processes under guidance of engineering.
+ Support fixtures, tools and test equipment for production processes.
+ Monitor manufacturing processes to identify deficiencies.

The candidate will work in a team work environment, perform battery testing and battery charging duties, may assemble small size battery packs and related sub-assemblies when needed. The candidate may perform a variety of tasks in accordance with their training, experience, and skill as assigned by their Lead or Supervisor including:
Assemble small size battery packs and related sub-assemblies according to specifications and drawings.
Spot soldering and welding for electrical board (PCB).
QC Testing and RMA analysis.
Perform battery testing according to the defined procedures.
Perform battery charging according to defined operating procedures.
Perform proper data recording.
Report issues and troubleshooting issues identified during the testing.
May assist with new battery pack design.
May assist with existing battery pack design improvement.
Qualifications
College degree in engineering
Attention to details and responsible work attitude
Excellent hand-eye coordination, hands-on, manual dexterity
Ability to read/listen carefully to follow instructions and procedures
Team player with good communication, interpersonal skills
Ability to use common sense to solve practical problems.
Electrical-related knowledge and training are plus.

What You Will Be Doing:
The CMM Programmer ensures the quality and conformity of internally manufactured parts from the Helion Machine Shop. Collaborate with Machinists, Engineering, Supply Chain, and suppliers to address quality concerns and provide feedback on non-conformances promptly
