Quad is seeking a Flexo Press Operator for our Spartanburg, SC location. We are looking for operators who are flexible and can work the night shift:
4 pm - 2 am (Mon-Thurs)
Wages start between $19.00 - $25.00 / hour or more based on relevant work experience and a strong employment history.
Essential Functions of this position include:
Prepare for Operation - Access job ticket information and set up a flexographic printing press to produce labels and other products to customer specifications. Ensure the machine is adequately stocked with the correct raw materials for each job.
Operate Flexographic Press - Operate assigned equipment in accordance with company safety standards and departmental SOPs to produce printed products according to customer specifications. Continually monitor supply levels of inks, paper, and other required materials to add as needed. Make routine adjustments as needed to maintain print quality and correct any issues as soon as possible.
Perform Troubleshooting & Maintenance - Observe and monitor machine operations to determine whether adjustments are needed. Perform basic maintenance and advanced troubleshooting of assigned equipment during shift.
Perform Quality Checks - Complete quality checklist(s) and other required documentation. Perform visual quality checks of the product throughout the printing process to ensure customer satisfaction. Flag bad product for removal from job run. Cut samples from each job and compare them to product standards to ensure compliance with customer specifications.
Perform Line Clearance - Clean assigned area by removing all products from the line, trash, boxes, and other supplies associated with a completed order.

Airbus US Manufacturing Facility is looking for a Heavy Handling Technician (Contract) to join our Ground Support Team based in Mobile, AL.
Responsible for the safe off-loading of Major Components Assemblies (MCA) from sea and road transport jigs onto Final Assembly Line (FAL) transportation trolleys and the delivery of MCAs to the Final Assembly Line stations in accordance with the planning schedule. Safe operations of Overhead Cranes with lifting capacities ranging from 6.5 tons to 50 tons, all with multiple lifting configurations.

Your challenges:
● Overhead crane operations in the Transhipment hangar, A320 Final Assembly Line, Final Phase hangars, and A220 FAL to receive and deliver the major aircraft components utilizing a variety of overhead crane configurations and lifting devices.
● Operating heavy aircraft tow tugs for the movement of aircraft into and out of various hangars in support of pre-Final Operational Testing.

Responsible for the safe off-loading of Major Components Assemblies (MCA) from sea and road transport jigs onto Final Assembly Line (FAL) transportation trolleys and the delivery of MCAs to the Final Assembly Line stations in accordance with the planning schedule. JOB SUMMARY:
Print Operator I is responsible for print equipment operation, maintaining print rollers and ink trays and verifying print quality of print manufacturing machine(s) that are used to produce printed cups, containers, straws and / or lids.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Performs timely checks to ensure that only quality product is manufactured.
Maintains print roller and ink tray area along with submitting work orders to maintenance for repairs or replacement of defective equipment.
Ensures that label printing equipment is maintained in working order.
Prints identification labels prior to a production job begin as outlined on print order specification sheet.
Cleans change-over parts removed during a print change and return them to the print storage area.
Responsible for informing the leadership team immediately of any failure to meet established quality standards to ensure corrective action is taken.
Performs all assigned quality tests to ensure the quality of the product being made (i.e. weight, length, color testing and straightness of product). This requires frequent fingering and handling of the product to inspect for defects.
Checks order to ensure correct printing materials are being used for scheduled job.
Maintains an adequate supply of inks, labels, and bulk products used to facilitate production.
Comply with all safety rules, polices, procedures and practices to include performing lock-out/tag-out (LOTO) of printing equipment when required.
Maintains a safe and clean work area at all times.
Fill out labor sheets at end of shift noting production and downtime using the company computer.

The Sanding and Robot Operator - 3rd Shift position sets up, operates and maintains multiple robotic sanding cells as trained and instructed to meet or exceed defined production targets.
