Your role at Clorox: Leadership for Cleaning Technical Services capital project engineering initiatives. Utilize creative technical problem-solving skills and design of experiment approach to deliver supply chain alternatives, recommendations, and solutions. Independently determines general approach and specific solutions to technical problems. Demonstrates good judgment in making commitments and align with leadership on appropriate risk-taking opportunities. Anticipate changing resource requirements and results allowing time to initiate appropriate responses in a manner that optimizes overall project results. Prepare and present effective presentations of technical material to non-technical people, both written and verbal. Able to build and lead effective work teams for midsize to large programs.
