Then we believe our program is for you!
This program is a one week, all-expenses paid educational "hands-on" seminar, where we offer you an accurate and comprehensive insight into the operation and management of a corporate aviation department at one of the world's leading companies. Those that are selected will spend a week in July at P&G's Global Flight Operations in Cincinnati, Ohio.
You will spend the first three days at the hangar meeting with managers and key personnel of different departments to gain an understanding of what it takes to keep a large corporate flight department functioning efficiently. The last two days will focus on aircraft orientation, aspects of flight planning, and aircraft maintenance. As the flight schedule allows, you will also get to participate in routine line & aircraft maintenance and a flight observation ride.
We have designed all activities and presentations to provide you with a detailed look into the multifaceted world of corporate aviation and introduce you to Cincinnati.
Job Qualifications
We are looking for aviation maintenance students pursuing a certificate or degree in an aviation related field (aviation maintenance curriculum preferred) to be:
· Returning student in fall semester.
· Working toward any FAA Aircraft Maintenance certification.
· High academic standing.

· A hardworking curiosity regarding corporate aviation
· The willingness to share your experiences and provide feedback to students and faculty upon return from the program.

* Continue education and promote NWTC apprenticeship programs through conferences.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND WORK EXPERIENCE
* Completion of Apprenticeship Program OR Journey level in subject area OR Associate's degree in related field and five years of direct occupational experience.
* Occupational experience may include positions as:
* Substation Electrician
* Specific on the job experience in:
* Troubleshooting and repair of substations.
* Installation, testing and maintenance of high and medium voltage electrical equipment related to power transmission and distribution with specialization on substations.
* Oversight of construction and commissioning o new equipment, routine maintenance and testing, analyzing test results, troubleshooting faulty equipment and monitoring the operation of substations.
* Interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagram, and technical engineering related information.
* Repairing and replacing substation equipment and components.
* Proficient in above and below ground equipment
* NESC and NEC Electrical Safety codes

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Primary Instructor to lead and expand our Nurse Aide Training and Competency Evaluation Program (NATCEP) across multiple facility locations. This role is critical in shaping the workforce pipeline by delivering high-quality classroom and clinical instruction to individuals seeking certification as State Tested Nurse Aides (STNAs). The ideal candidate will bring not only clinical and instructional expertise but also the strategic mindset to help scale and standardize our training efforts across a regional footprint.
Essential Responsibilities:
Deliver NATCEP-approved curriculum through both classroom and clinical instruction, in full compliance with Ohio Administrative Code (OAC) standards.
Lead the development, coordination, and execution of training sessions across various affiliated facilities.
Collaborate with leadership to expand the NATCEP program by identifying training needs, aligning schedules, and supporting onboarding of instructors at additional sites.
Develop and refine instructional materials and methodologies in alignment with Train-the-Trainer (TTT) principles.
Evaluate and document student performance, providing constructive feedback and determining readiness for competency evaluation.
Supervise supplemental instructors and ensure consistency in program delivery across all sites.
Serve as a subject matter expert on NATCEP regulations, maintaining program documentation and audit readiness at all times.
Build strong relationships with nursing home administrators, department heads, and clinical partners to support training logistics and workforce development goals.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Ohio.
Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience, including at least 1 year in a long-term care setting.
Completion of an Ohio Department of Health-approved Train-the-Trainer (TTT) course.
Certified and approved as a Primary Instructor under Ohio NATCEP guidelines.
Demonstrated experience in adult education, curriculum implementation, and classroom management.
Ability to travel between affiliated facility sites as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience growing or managing a multi-site training initiative.
Proficiency with electronic training records and scheduling systems.
BLS/CPR instructor certification preferred.

The Kids Instructor provides best-in-class, educational/fitness-minded programming for our children. They organize, instruct and implement safe, fun and entertaining activities and games for children between the ages of three months to 11 years in the Kids Academy.
