Job Description About the Job: The Resident Services Technician reports to the Community Manager and the Resident Services Supervisor. Under supervision, this individual is responsible in assisting for the overall maintenance of the property. SEEKING BEGINNING TO INTERMEDIATE PLUMBING / ELECTRICAL / CARPENTRY / GROUNDS WORK KNOWLEDGE RESPONSIBILITIES Participation in all maintenance projects and training classes as directed. A Water Maintenance Technician is a skilled/journey level class in the Public Works Water Distribution, Treatment and Maintenance Mechanical series. General operation and maintenance of Domestic/Irrigation Water Systems. Performs a variety of advanced and routine predictive, preventive, and/or reactive skilled duties in the construction, installation, maintenance and repair of water facilities.
