Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience; additional technical training or certifications desired
Three or more years proven maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
Candidates must complete the Mechanical Aptitude Test before being considered
Prior experience with high-and low-pressure compressors, chillers, water treatment, boilers is preferred
Strong technical knowledge of compressed air systems (pneumatics), electrical systems, hydraulics and water processing is preferred
Knowledge of bottling equipment, PM programs and SAP system preferred
Must have electrical knowledge of single and three phase power including the ability to diagnose and replace electric motors

Overview
The Maintenance Utility Employee is responsible for performing a various services associated with maintaining hanger, hanger equipment and company vehicles in a safe and operational working conditions.
Responsibilities
* Implements and maintains 5S practices in the hangar and surrounding ramp areas.
* Executes weekly/monthly/quarterly hangar facility inspections in accordance with GMM and standard practices.
* Performs daily/weekly equipment safety and operational tasks to ensure proper operation and prevent hazards.
* Inspects and maintains hazardous waste sites at both hangar and ramp area to ensure compliance with company, airport, and state regulations.

Assist with the daily care of 2 dogs, including feeding, walking, grooming, picking up dog waste and maintaining cleanliness of dog areas.
Follow necessary grounds and lawn maintenance schedules across all applied properties.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and follow safe work methods and safety regulations pertaining to the work.
Read and interpret plans, maps, and instructions when required to complete tasks.
Contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of the facilities division by offering suggestions and/or participating as an active member of the facilities team.
Represent the facilities team with dignity, integrity, and a spirit of cooperation with peers and property guests.
Understand basic principles, equipment, methods, and materials used in building and grounds maintenance activities.

Qualifications:
Five years of groundskeeper, maintenance, or related field experience required.
Home Inspector Certification preferred but not required.
Trade skills in plumbing, electrical and/or carpentry preferred but not required.
Valid driver's license is required. Overnight travel to other properties as needed. Evening and weekend schedule availability required.
Maintains all the principal's and their family members' communications and information confidentially as per code of ethics, and per NDA.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret instructions, plans, maps, invoices, and manuals. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints and effectively present information to staff, vendors, management, and family members.
