Ability to perform physically demanding job duties, occasionally under adverse weather conditions. Six (6) months experience in performing unskilled or semi-skilled laboring duties.
A comparable amount of education, training, or experience may be substituted for the minimum qualifications.
Must possess and maintain a valid Florida Driver's License Class B CDL or have the ability to obtain within six (6) months of employment.

High School Diploma or GED required for all positions. A current Class "A" or Class "B" CDL is preferred, however in-house training can be provided. Past experience in stormwater pipe installation, utilities, concrete and asphalt installation, and underground infrastructure maintenance is highly desirable.
Maintenance Worker - Must possess a minimum of (2) years experience in grounds keeping and/or general maintenance. Must possess and maintain a valid Florida Driver's License.
Equipment Operator 1- Must possess (11) months experience and operates light to heavy equipment. Must possess a Class "B" CDL license.

Roadway Maintenance Worker (Additional compensation in the form of Health & Welfare, sick time, PTO) General: Creative Management Technology is seeking Maintenance Workers to support field activities and equipment for routine maintenance services on non-interstate roadways for the Florida Department of Transportation in Brevard and Orange counties. The projects include all labor, tools, equipment, and other incidentals necessary to perform routine maintenance and repair activities associated with roadway infrastructure, drainage infrastructure, roadside vegetation and aesthetics, traffic services, and emergency response. Responsibilities:
Work includes asphalt repair, repair of non-paved shoulders, roadside slopes, ditches, sodding, drainage structures, concrete sidewalks, landscaping, guardrails, fences, and other miscellaneous structures.
Ensure that the crew follows proper safety protocols, including work zone traffic control.
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum of one (1) year of infrastructure maintenance experience and roadway equipment operations.
Ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing.
