Key Responsibilities:
Requires a thorough knowledge of general building maintenance with emphasis on electrical solving, including AC & DC circuits, high voltage (480), high amperage and some 400 cycle equipment
Requires experience in industrial wiring and the ability to read and follow wiring schematics and work without supervision
Journeyman electrical license a plus
Requires the ability to make low and high voltage repairs to all building electrical equipment
This includes solving, installation and repair of 110/220/480 volt single and multiphase electrical circuitry and devices
You should also have some experience in related building equipment and trades, such as air handling units, plumbing and steam fitting, fire systems and conveyors
Facilities Technicians must be able to work around the clock shifts, including weekends and holidays, in the outdoors in all weather conditions
Schedules are bid and awarded according to seniority
Facilities Technicians are represented by the International Brotherhood of Teamsters (IBT)
Salary increases will be administered according to the current IBT/United contract
New employees are required to join the union within ninety (90) days of employment
There is an initiation fee for joining the union and subsequent monthly union dues which are set by the Local Lodge

Performs a variety of routine, manual labor tasks and operates light motorized equipment
Tasks include however not limited to disposal of /brush recycling operations, litter control, traffic control and general maintenance of site, equipment and facility.

Job Summary

Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on solid oral dosage equipment, including:

Tablet presses and capsule fillers
Coating machines.

Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and automation issues to minimize downtime.
Support equipment installation, commissioning, qualification (IQ/OQ), and validation activities.

Job Overview

The Park MaintenanceWorker is responsible for performing fundamental maintenance tasks including:
Maintain park grounds:
* Cut dead and/or damaged trees and saw up logs and limbs using chain saws.
* Mow grass using variety of mowing equipment including tractors, push mowers, and string trimmers.
* Pick up ground litter, and collect and dispose of litter and trash.
* Clear and maintain trails.
* Plant and maintain trees/shrubs and planted beds.
* Implement invasive management plan.
* Maintain irrigation systems (if applicable).
Maintain park facilities:
* Make minor carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs.
* Repair and/or assemble park benches and picnic tables; install split-rail fences and/or replace damaged rails.
* Apply paint/stain in both exterior and interior sites.
* Clean picnic shelters and other buildings as needed; clean restrooms and shower houses.
* Assist with waterpark maintenance (if applicable).
Maintain park equipment:
* Sharpen chain saws and mower blades, fuel equipment, and otherwise prepare equipment and tools for use.
* Make minor repairs and perform routine maintenance on small engine equipment.
* Assist with maintenance/repair of vehicles and tractors.
* Maintain batting cage equipment (if applicable).
Perform miscellaneous maintenance tasks:
* Clean and organize storage areas and maintenance shop, and dispose of debris and perform other maintenance shop housekeeping duties.
* Maintain inventory of maintenance items.
* Use park maintenance software to track maintenance tasks.
* Assist with other jobs associated with special projects in other parks.
* May assist with supervision of part-time employees and/or volunteers.
* Run errands to deliver and pickup materials.
* Track accomplishments through performance management software.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (minimum)
Education: Graduation from high school.
Physical: Manual work with strength and dexterity necessary to perform all required tasks, including lifting, stooping, bending, and working in tiring and uncomfortable positions in outdoor and maintenance shop settings; will perform heavy manual labor in all weather conditions, lift and move items equal to or greater than 80 pounds, climb ladders, use various hand tools, and operate various mechanical equipment.
Experience: Some experience in park maintenance work with mechanical aptitude, or any equivalent combination of education, training, or experience which provides:
* Working knowledge of the methods and materials used in maintenance of park grounds, facilities, and equipment.
* Working knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems and other utility systems with ability to make minor repairs and provide routine servicing.
* Working knowledge of small engine equipment with ability to perform routine maintenance and make minor repairs.
* Working knowledge of the safe and proper use of park maintenance equipment and tools.
* Assist in the maintenance of equipment inventory and maintenance through web based maintenance software.
* Ability to supervise part-time maintenance staff.
* Knowledge of computers with the ability to use a variety of software programs.
* Possession of or ability to obtain and maintain driver's license with safe driving record.
* Availability for call in emergency situations and to work additional hours when needed, to include shift work and weekends.

JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for performing the tasks associated with the daily maintenance of the golf course, associated grounds, and project implementation.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Operates mowing equipment; mows greens, tees, fairways, rough, bunker banks and native grass.
Performs bunker maintenance; rakes and moves sand, edges, and pulls weeds.
Ensures that all areas around trees, bunkers, cart paths, signs and other golf course features are maintained and edged.
Installs and maintains landscaping plant material and performs all associated landscaping duties.
Assists with the repairs and maintenance of the irrigation system features.
Performs golf course set up; cup cutting, tee cleanup, divot filling, ball mark repair, trash and debris removal, and golf ball washer maintenance.
Cleans, fuels, and stores equipment after each use. Refreshes oil and other lubricants as directed by the equipment technician. Reports equipment problems promptly to the appropriate supervisor.
Possesses an understanding of the equipment and how to best maintain it for maximum life and minimum downtime.
Complies with golf course etiquette rules.
Must be well mannered, display a smile at all times, greet guests, member and fellow employees when encountered, show appreciation to the guests and the members, and demonstrate a willingness to help guests and members at all times.
Possesses and understanding of the importance of safety and sees that safe operation procedures are observed in all daily activities. Adheres to the safety program.

Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; two (2) years of related work experience in MEP trades (mechanical, electrical, plumbing), safety and security systems, or vehicle maintenance depending on assigned area; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
The following are highly preferred, but are not required:
* Prefer one to two years of Building Automation Systems (BAS) experience.
* Prefer Community College HVAC & Refrigeration Program certificate (one-year program).
* Prefer a state-issued Journeyman level certification.
* Prefer additional certifications such as AWS welding, North American Technician Excellence (NATE) Master Level, Skills USA, and/or specialized systems manufacturer trainings.
Job Contingencies and Special Requirements
This position requires criminal, credit, and DMV background checks, to include criminal justice information system (CJIS) fingerprinting. A valid driver's license and good driving record are required (driving records may be reviewed annually for continued qualification). Hold or obtain CFC license (universal refrigerant recovery) and forklift license within six (6) months of hire.
Must be able to work in extreme temperatures and lift up to 70 lbs and some work may be hazardous due to location or type of work. This positions is subject to recall or being held beyond scheduled workday. Must be available to respond to County emergencies (24/7) as directed in accordance with Department policy and written or verbal directive.. Requires on-call response to out-of-hour emergency/priority work requests on a rotating basis at one-week intervals approximately every six (6) weeks. This position is considered "essential."

JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for performing the tasks associated with the daily maintenance of the golf course, associated grounds, and project implementation.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Operates mowing equipment; mows greens, tees, fairways, rough, bunker banks and native grass.
Performs bunker maintenance; rakes and moves sand, edges, and pulls weeds.
Ensures that all areas around trees, bunkers, cart paths, signs and other golf course features are maintained and edged.
Installs and maintains landscaping plant material and performs all associated landscaping duties.
Assists with the repairs and maintenance of the irrigation system features.
Performs golf course set up; cup cutting, tee cleanup, divot filling, ball mark repair, trash and debris removal, and golf ball washer maintenance.
Cleans, fuels, and stores equipment after each use. Refreshes oil and other lubricants as directed by the equipment technician. Reports equipment problems promptly to the appropriate supervisor.
Possesses an understanding of the equipment and how to best maintain it for maximum life and minimum downtime.
Complies with golf course etiquette rules.
Must be well mannered, display a smile at all times, greet guests, member and fellow employees when encountered, show appreciation to the guests and the members, and demonstrate a willingness to help guests and members at all times.
Possesses and understanding of the importance of safety and sees that safe operation procedures are observed in all daily activities. Adheres to the safety program.
Demonstrates a commitment to the work and success of the club and the Company by being service- and solution-oriented, having positive interactions with all club staff and members/guests, and meeting established quality, service and safety expectations.
Performs additional assignments per the direction of club or Company managers.

WORK HOURS AND CONDITIONS
Work hours may include early mornings and evenings on weekdays, weekends and holidays. Subject to inside and outside environmental conditions. May be exposed to inclement (non-threatening) weather, plant protection products, fertilizers, misdirected golf balls, and sharp and rapid equipment movement on a daily basis. Must be age 18 or over.
High school diploma with minimum of one year experience in park maintenance work, or any equivalent combination of education, training, or experience.

Ability to operate a variety of vehicles with standard transmissions.
Mechanical aptitude with ability to make minor repairs on equipment.
Knowledge of park maintenance procedures and equipment.
