Key Responsibilities: Perform regular inspections of facilities, equipment, and systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.) Carry out preventive maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance Replace filters, bulbs, and other components as needed Diagnose and repair issues with building systems and equipment Fix minor electrical, plumbing, and mechanical problems Coordinate with external contractors for major repairs and ensure work is completed to standards Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the facility, including common areas, restrooms, and workspaces Conduct minor construction and renovation projects as required Ensure all safety and compliance standards are met, including proper signage and hazard communication Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies during working hours and on-call periods Assist in the evacuation and emergency response procedures as needed Maintain an inventory of tools, supplies, and equipment necessary for maintenance tasks Order and restock supplies as needed, ensuring cost-effective and timely procurement Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections Report any significant issues or potential risks to the Project Manager Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines Reports to Project Manager. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in maintenance or a related field preferred Proven experience in general maintenance and repair work Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others Physical ability to perform manual tasks, lift heavy objects (up to 40lbs), and work in various environmental conditions. Working Conditions: This position requires working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions May involve lifting heavy objects, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces On-call duties may be required to address emergencies outside of regular working hours.
