Key Responsibilities
Equipment Maintenance & Troubleshooting
Perform inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs on production lines and utility systems.

Calibrate sensors, rebuild pumps, and complete preventive maintenance on compressors.
Maintain boilers, cooling towers, and ammonia refrigeration systems.
Production Support

CIRO Certified (Certified Industrial Refrigeration Operator).

10-15 years of experience with ammonia refrigeration, HVAC, and boiler systems.
Strong Spanish Speaking Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance software (e.g., MaintainX).
Ability to read schematics and utilize diagnostic tools.
Knowledge of NFPA 70E safety standards.
Dependable, organized, and proactive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or GED required; technical certifications in CIRO or industrial maintenance preferred.

The incumbent is responsible for performing preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment such as splitsystems, RTUs, AHUs, chillers and pumps. Posess electrical knowledge and low-voltage electrical systems.

Essential Duties & Job Functions:
* Performs preventative maintenance and minor repair of HVAC equipment requiring basic skills in
HVAC and knowledge in electrical systems.
* Keeps supervisor apprised of unique situations and problems encountered.
* Performs a variety of duties: washes coils, cleans blower assemblies, changes belts and filters. Identifies equipment deficiencies and notifies supervisor. Keeps detailed records of maintenance
performed.
* Ensures proper housekeeping practices are required on job sites, mechanical rooms and surrounding

* Assists other crafts and trades personnel as required.
* Supports the project Safety Plan through personal involvement in all aspects of safety, including training and attention to the adherence to safety requirements pertaining to particular trades.

Job Requirements
Mandatory:
