* Full working knowledge of the maintenance functions associated with roads, trails, and grounds, such as filling potholes in roads and parking lots, installing drainage structures on trails, and various landscaping tasks.
* Uses a variety of equipment such as pneumatic tampers, chainsaws, leaf blowers, push and riding mowers, 4-wheel drive trail vehicles, and other various hand and power tools.
* Operates gasoline and diesel-powered vehicles up to 26,000 pounds GVW while pulling trailer up to 10,000 pounds GVW.
* Performs maintenance, construction, alterations, and repairs on structures such as footbridges, boardwalks, staircases, picnic tables, benches, signs, parking lot wheel-stops, repairing and maintaining roads and parking lots using dump trucks, wheelbarrows, asphalt cold-patch, gravel, and sand.
* May be involved in constructing and maintaining trails using chainsaw and/or pole saw, heavy-duty push mowers, various rigging equipment, Pulaski, pick mattock, and shovel.
* May be involved in assisting in maintenance of way of work on the Cuyahoga Valley National Scenic Railroad which includes equipment operations, mowing along the railroad, clearing line of sights, tree trimming and removal. Incumbent doing maintenance way of work is subject to mandatory pre-employment drug and alcohol testing and random drug and alcohol testing per the regulations established by the Federal Railroad Authority (FRA).
* Performs routine maintenance and minor repairs to vehicles and equipment.

Qualifications: Perform the common work as a maintenanceworker performing intermediate trail construction and maintenance projects such as water bars, rock steps, drainage structures and signs under normal supervision. This experience includes some knowledge of carpentry, masonry, use of hand tools in a trail maintenance and construction capacity. Perform trails maintenance work under close supervision of a work leader or journey-level maintenanceworker to make sure they are properly completed.

Physical Demands: Heavy physical effort is required in bending, lifting, and using hand and power tools in trail work. Examples of typical strenuous activity include:
* Frequently lifts and carries objects weighing over 100 pounds, must carry and roll rocks and logs, move rocks of several tons with rock bars, use hammers to crush or shape rock, and use shovel extensively.
* Frequently hikes up to 20 miles daily and must be able to do so while carrying a backpack, power and/or hand tools.
Working Conditions: Incumbent must have the ability to live and work effectively in backcountry areas in close contact with small numbers of people for extended periods of time. Incumbent must live and work out-of-doors on projects in various terrain up to 13,000 feet elevation in all extremes of adverse weather conditions. Trail work is dusty, and hazardous conditions may exist when moving rocks and logs, working in and around rockslide areas, working around stock, working around explosives, falling and bucking trees, and working around machinery.

The Maintenance & Building Crew Laborer is responsible for supporting all construction, renovation, repair, preventative maintenance, special projects, and workover projects throughout the year. Projects are geared towards increasing production and keeping up on maintenance. Required:
MUST have commercial refrigeration experience (such as working with rack refrigeration).

HVAC technicians must have a Universal CFC recovery certification (or within 90 days of employment)
Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in all aspects of building engineering with a strong background in the technical aspects of HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, production equipment repair and maintenance. Knowledge of overall system design and applications.
Candidate must possess and maintain a valid state drivers license

Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician II to support high mix sheet metal fabrication and CNC machining plant operating across 3 shifts. This is a hands-on role responsible for preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of manufacturing equipment including laser cutting systems, press brakes, robotic welders and a number of CNC mills and lathes.
Position Responsibilities:
Perform preventive maintenance on CNC machines (lathes, mills, laser, press brakes) according to schedule to maximize uptime and equipment life.

Computer Work:
* Completion of work orders and documenting reports in the CMMS
* Document inventory check outs and create purchase requisitions in the CMMS

Refrigeration:
