We are currently seeking a well-qualified candidate for the position of Facilities Maintenance Associate located in Endicott, NY. This position assists with coordinating, performing, and troubleshooting routine facilities maintenance, including, but not limited to: construction, renovations, and landscaping. The individual in this role provides assistance with tooling and equipment problem solving support to multiple departments. This is a full-time or part-time position. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform carpentry tasks (repair doors, locks, shelving, trim, drywall patching)
Perform minor plumbing maintenance (fix leaks, unclog drains, replace faucets or fixtures).
Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical issues (replace ballasts, outlets, switches).
Work with outside vendors and contractors as required.
Handle minor painting and touch-up work.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

Inspect and maintain exterior areas (walkways, signage, lighting).
Seasonal tasks as needed (snow/ice removal, clearing debris).

Understand and follow Company practices, policies, and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
1 year working experience in facility maintenance.
Basic to intermediate carpentry/building skills.
Basic understanding of plumbing and carpentry.
Strong problem-solving skills.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Lifting and transporting light to heavy items.
Tolerance of fumes, odors and noise.
