A day in the life:
Installing and maintaining all Billboards
Installing and maintaining all Billboards
Remove and hang flexes, remove and hang vinyl's, cut and prepare flexes and vinyl's for installation, cut, prepare and install copy on Tri-Visions
Maintain structures-repairs include but not limited to: tightening bolts, painting steel structures, repairing trim and various parts of the sign face and structure, change light bulbs as needed, paint structures, assemble structures and faces when required.
Building and installing extensions, cutting brush/weeds, conduct storm damage repairs, minor electrical repairs, and sweeping/cleaning workshop area.

THE BASICS OF BECOMING A COMMERCIAL HVACTECHNICIAN
Pay: Depending on experience and qualifications, you earn $43.00 - $46.00/hour.
Schedule: You typically work from 7:00 am - 4:00 pm OR 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday with some on-call. Overtime is available.

YOUR DAY
Our Commercial HVACTechnician handles all kinds of mechanical repairs, maintenance, and installations for various heating and cooling systems and refrigeration equipment. This role keeps you on your toes as you inspect equipment, diagnose issues, and perform the appropriate services. You follow manufacturer specifications to properly repair and install equipment, making sure your work meets our quality standards and client expectations.
REQUIREMENTS
EPA universal certification
5+ years of commercial HVAC experience
Valid driver's license
Experience working on refrigeration equipment like freezers, ice machines, and walk-in coolers would be preferred. You need to able to cover a service area within an hour and a half drive from our office.

The apartment maintenance team is responsible for completing service requests under the direction of the maintenance supervisor or property manager.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
Accurately complete service tickets and log all assigned work orders in a timely manner
Manage vacant apartments, preparing them for leasing and ensuring they are ready for new residents
Maintain the grounds by keeping them free of debris and trash
Provide excellent customer service to residents
Perform repairs, installations, services, and replacements in a professional manner, meeting industry standards for the apartment community.
Requirements:
HVAC/EPA experience required;certification is a plus

Position Summary:
American Equipment, a leader in in-house crane fabrication, parts, service, and material handling is hiring a Crane Service Technician for our Logan, OH branch. Join our team and be part of a 50+ year legacy to provide unmatched customer service!
Responsibilities:
Perform on-site preventative maintenance, repairs, and modernizations on electric overhead traveling cranes
Spend time consulting with customers on repair and safety related issues
Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and breakdowns.
Generate sales leads during service calls
Accurately and neatly document on the service report for the work performed.
New crane wiring, assembly, installation, and start-up.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Travel may be required. Work vehicle provided.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Strong knowledge of AC/DC theory, as well as the ability to troubleshoot 480VAC 3 phase motor control systems. A.A. degree or Equivalent vocational-training or experience is preferred.
A minimum of 2-year hands-on electro-mechanical maintenance
Aptitude for both electrical and mechanical environments as well as familiarity with mechanical and electrical equipment
Willingness to work overtime
Possession of a valid driver's license with good driving record
Must pass drug-screen and background check
Strong communication skills
Proven commitment to safety
Comfort with working at heights
Experience in Variable Frequency drives and PLC programming a plus
Crane maintenance experience a plus.
Schedule:
8-hour shift
Monday to Friday
On call or overtime possible
