Winter season involves snow removal and summer involves gardening and irrigation experience. On a year round basis care of common areas includes sweeping, scrubbing and rinsing floors, trash removal, parking control, opening and closing spas and the pool, for example. Requirements: Some knowledge of minor repairs to buildings along with practical experience and common knowledge of how things operate will help. Most tasks will be of a simple nature. Some lifting in the 20-50 pound range will be necessary though it is not common and everyday task related. The ability to write and read at a basic level helps although much instruction is verbal with examples given to a new employee. (I.e. this is how we would like you to do this task) Tasks are simple and most any prior job experience helps. We will train to tasks. Hourly pay rate: $20.70 to $24.64 To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodations.
