Skills, Knowledge & Expertise * Practical experience in design and plan preparation of site development projects. * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture or related engineering field * EI certification in the state of Ohio, with the ability to obtain PE or PLA certification within 6 to 12 months. * Experience with researching and applying various agency design standards to civil engineering projects to successfully achieve approvals. * Ability to apply guidelines and specifications.
