**What's the Job?**
+ Designing, building, and maintaining websites and software applications.
+ Using scripting languages and content creation tools to develop engaging digital media.
+ Collaborating with teams to prioritize needs and resolve conflicts.
+ Providing ongoing support for web properties in a production environment.
+ Testing websites for usability, speed, and quality assurance.
**What's Needed?**
+ Undergraduate degree in Web Development or a related field, or relevant experience.
+ Strong background in C# .NET and object-oriented programming.
+ Experience with custom integrations, including SDKs, SOAP, and REST web services.
+ Proficiency in modern JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
