We are looking for an experienced Cloud Engineer to join our team. This is a long-term contract opportunity where you will play a critical role in implementing and optimizing Oracle Cloud solutions. The position requires a strategic thinker with a strong technical background and the ability to collaborate across diverse teams to deliver high-quality results.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of Oracle Cloud Field Service and Customer Experience (CX) modules, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Configure and deploy advanced Oracle Cloud solutions tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate closely with onshore and offshore teams as well as client stakeholders to align project goals.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices for service workflows and customer engagement.
- Support the integration of Oracle Cloud Financials and Supply Chain Management modules with new systems.
- Utilize AWS technologies like Amazon EC2, Auto Scaling, and Ansible to enhance cloud infrastructure.
- Monitor cloud system performance and scalability to ensure optimal operation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to cloud services promptly.
- Document technical configurations and processes to maintain clear communication across teams.
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and industry standards during cloud implementation.
Requirements - Extensive experience with Oracle Field Service and Customer Experience (CX) module implementations.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud architecture and integration methods.
- Proficiency in AWS technologies, including Amazon EC2, Auto Scaling, and Ansible.
- Ability to design and manage complex cloud service processes.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges in cloud environments.
- Familiarity with security protocols and compliance standards in cloud computing.
