What You'll Do

Load/unload parts, deburr components, and complete part inspections
Perform tool touch-offs, fixture setups, and insert changes
Read blueprints and use precision measuring tools
Make basic G-code edits and run manual machines when needed
Track production data and maintain machine fluid levels
Support finishing, polishing, and other cell operations
Work with Quality and Project teams to resolve issues
What We're Looking For
2+ years of CNC Machining experience
Ability to read blueprints and use precision measurement tools
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
High school diploma or GED (technical training preferred)
Basic computer skills and knowledge of shop tools
Preferred: CAM experience and background machining high-precision metal/plastic parts.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Diagnose operating problems on all varieties of regular and complicated machines and equipment.
