We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our dynamic team in a job shop environment. This role involves setting up and operating CNC mills and lathes to produce precision parts. The ideal candidate will be adept at program edits, tooling changes, and offsets, and will be comfortable working with a variety of machinery. **Responsibilities** + Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes. + Adjust speeds and feeds, perform program edits and offsets. + Set up tooling, changeovers, and fixtures. + Run first piece and conduct first piece inspections. + Measure parts using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and zolars. + Operate machines including 3-axis to 5-axis mills, lathes, and mill-turn machines. + Read and edit G&M codes as necessary. + Interpret blueprints and verify parts against them. + Cross-train on various machinery. **Essential Skills** + 3+ years of experience in CNC Machining on multi-axis CNC machines (5-axis). + Proficiency in program edits utilizing G&M codes. + Experience in performing live tool changes and offsets. + Proficient in reading blueprints. + Quality inspection skills using micrometers, calipers, and gauges. + High School Diploma or GED. **Why Work Here?** Join a company that values its employees like family, with 40% of the workforce having been with us for over 20 years.
