Required Skills & Qualifications** **Must-Have** + 2- or 4-year degree in a relevant field + 5-10 years of plant experience, with a focus on maintenance + Certification in vibration analysis (or willingness to obtain within 1 year) + Certification in lubrication (or willingness to obtain within 18 months) + Strong knowledge of rotating/reciprocating equipment, vibration analysis, and basic electrical systems + Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP + Strong communication and problem-solving skills + Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship **Nice-to-Have** + Experience with CMMS systems + Ability to train others and lead continuous improvement initiatives + Familiarity with fluids product handling and predictive maintenance techniques **4. Systems include electrical, mechanical, plumbing, heating, and air conditioning systems. Monitors to ensure all utilities and production equipment are running properly and efficiently through assigning, tracking, and performing preventative maintenance. Perform welding and machining tasks. Perform PLC troubleshooting. Assist engineering with projects. Responds promptly to calls for production and utility equipment malfunctions and ground maintenance. Troubleshoots, investigates various facility and production equipment systems and repairs as required. Operates various types of power lift equipment and performs overhead work. Perform electrical troubleshooting. Supports Corporate EHS&S activities. Provides a safe work environment and adheres to company policies. Other duties or projects as assigned. SUPERVISORY SKILLS This is a non-exempt position with no direct or indirect reports. THIS ROLE OFFERS: Direct Hire with benefits package Salary range $55-70k and offers will be made based on experience 2nd or 3rd Shift KEY FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES: Troubleshoot and perform complex repairs Sets up equipment for all filling, packaging, mixing and building areas Recognize and diagnose problems leading to the dissembling, replacing and reassembling of any machine in the department Perform preventative maintenance on all machines Perform complex electrical, plumbing, welding and carpentry duties Interpret drawings and schematics to locate problem area(s) and identifies the best method for corrective action Use a multimeter to troubleshoot both high-voltage systems and low-voltage controls Perform various other duties as necessary QUALIFICATIONS: HSD/GED plus 3-5 years of technical trade experience in similar role Strong background in industrial electric is highly preferred Must have experience with PLC, Aire Logic controls, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems Must be able to read and interpret drawings and schematics Must be able to troubleshoot 24VDC and 120VAC I/O controls and use multimeter to identify issues APPLY TODAY Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
