Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing refractory products, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Welder Assembler to join their dynamic team. As a Welder Assembler, you will be an integral part of the production department supporting the assembly and quality assurance of refractory components. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent teamwork skills, and a proactive approach to safety and quality standards, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Welder Assembler
**Location:** Batavia, OH
**Pay Rate:** $22.00 per hour
**Shift:** Monday through Saturday, 6am-3pm (may stay late to finish a job as business demands)
**What's the Job?**
+ Follow documented standard operating procedures to assemble refractory products by mortaring and welding (MIG)
+ Inspect refractory parts prior to mortaring and secure them with tac welds
+ Place assembled refractory pieces on drying racks and monitor the drying process
+ Set up and prepare components for welding according to specifications, ensuring weld quality and bead size compliance
+ Palettize, band, document, and label items for shipment, maintaining accurate records
**What's Needed?**
+ High School Diploma or equivalent (GED or High School Equivalence Certificate)
+ 2 to 4 years of MIG welding experience in a manufacturing or production environment
+ Ability to interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and procedures
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
+ Ability to operate forklifts and hand/electrical tools safely and efficiently

Support Customer Service with identifying repair parts and spare parts needs.
Perform in-house and on-site demos for customers.
Assist with in-house and on-site training sessions for both standard and non-standard training programs.
Help customers with equipment modifications, upgrades, or retrofits.
Partner with sales and assist RSMs during customer visits when requested.

Our client, an industry leader in poultry processing, is seeking Water Treatment Technicians to work on either 2nd & 3rd Shift to join their team. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity. **Job Title:** Water Treatment Technician -2nd & 3rd Shift
**Pay Range:** Competitive pay based upon experience
**Shift:** Second Shift 2:30pm-11pm, Third Shift 11pm-7:30am
**What's the Job?**
+ Troubleshoot and repair production and water treatment equipment, including gearboxes, bearings, valves, hydraulics, motors, and PLCs
+ Perform maintenance on industrial electric systems, including VFDs and motor controls
+ Assist with piping, welding, and understanding fluid dynamics to ensure optimal plant operations
+ Use hand tools and own tools to perform repairs and maintenance tasks efficiently
+ Support the team in maintaining a safe, clean, and productive work environment
**What's Needed?**
+ Experience in water treatment plant operations and maintenance or industrial maintenance
+ Knowledge of chemical mixing processes for water treatment
+ Experience with centrifugal pumps, piping, and understanding of fluid dynamics
+ Ability to weld (preferably TIG) and understand PLCs (no programming required)
+ Owns a toolbox with specialty tools provided by the company; physical ability to lift 25+ lbs and stand/walk throughout shifts
