As a Welder Assembler, you will be an integral part of the production department supporting the assembly and quality assurance of refractory components. **Job Title:** Welder Assembler
**Location:** Batavia, OH
**Pay Rate:** $22.00 per hour
**Shift:** Monday through Saturday, 6am-3pm (may stay late to finish a job as business demands)
**What's the Job?**
+ Follow documented standard operating procedures to assemble refractory products by mortaring and welding (MIG)
+ Inspect refractory parts prior to mortaring and secure them with tac welds
+ Place assembled refractory pieces on drying racks and monitor the drying process
+ Set up and prepare components for welding according to specifications, ensuring weld quality and bead size compliance
+ Palettize, band, document, and label items for shipment, maintaining accurate records

+ 2 to 4 years of MIG welding experience in a manufacturing or production environment
+ Ability to interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and procedures
