**Plant Manager - Full Site Leadership** **Location:** Toledo, OH | Full-Time | On-Site **Compensation:** $140K-$160K Base + Bonus + Full Benefits A global tier 1 automotive manufacturer in the **Toledo, OH area** is hiring a **Plant Manager** to lead a key site supporting high-demand product lines. As part of a leadership realignment, this facility is investing in long-term stability and operational excellence-and this role will play a critical part in that transformation.
This is a **high-impact, site-level leadership role** with full P&L responsibility and direct visibility to divisional leadership. You'll oversee all aspects of operations, lead a large hourly workforce, and drive results across cost, delivery, quality, and culture.
**What You'll Own (not all required experience)**
+ Lead all plant functions: **Production, Maintenance, Quality, HR, Logistics, and Safety**
+ Drive performance across **QCDP metrics** (Quality, Cost, Delivery, People)
+ Develop and execute plant budgets, labor plans, and operational targets
+ Champion a **continuous improvement mindset** while building team engagement
+ Lead staffing, training, and development across salaried and hourly teams
+ Ensure site readiness for **new product launches** , audits, and corporate initiatives
+ Maintain a strong safety and compliance culture in line with regulatory and internal standards
+ Represent the facility in cross-functional planning with corporate teams
