    We are seeking a dedicated Production Associate to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient operation of our production machinery, which contributes significantly to the manufacturing of adhesive materials for solar panels. **Responsibilities** + Load material into the machine via a hopper at the front. + Monitor the machine for quality defects while the material is made into sheets and fed through to a roller at the back. + Unload finished rolls and place them on a pallet to clear the way for the next roll. + Engage in approximately 10 minutes of physical work per hour, with the remaining time spent monitoring the machine. **Essential Skills** + 3+ years of manufacturing experience, particularly in machine operation. + Ability to lift 20-30 lbs consistently and occasionally up to 50 lbs. + Experience with general production, machine operation, and use of hand tools. + Forklift operation skills. + GED or high school diploma. + Steady job history with at least one year in a consistent position. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in packing and packaging is advantageous. + Strong attention to detail and ability to monitor machine output for quality assurance. **Why Work Here?** Join a company that is at the forefront of the growing solar industry.
