We have had some difficulty in the past where the candidate states they can lift the 50 lbs, but then they cannot pull the skid. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is taller and physically strong enough for the physical aspect of this position. The pay rate is $16.25 to start. If they are eventually hired on, the pay rate will increase to $16.75.
