Job Type: Full-Time, In-Office (Required) Buildskape is a growing commercial general contractor specializing in tenant improvement (TI) and CM/GC projects. Role Overview The Project Engineer supports Buildskape's preconstruction and construction efforts by helping ensure bids are well-coordinated, scopes are understood, and project information is organized and accurate. You'll work closely with the Pre-Construction Project Manager, Project Managers, Superintendents, and company leadership, contributing to both bidding efforts and active projects. This is not a clerical role - it requires attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to engage thoughtfully with construction documents and real-world project challenges. Conduct process engineering research, development, and evaluation in support of Lam's cutting-edge semiconductor equipment and systems. This position is part of the Manufacturing Engineering Department and is the technical lead responsible for opto-mechanical assembly, alignment and test of Coherent Bio-Instrumentation Laser Engine products. The high-level goals for this position are to support manufacturing initiatives and improvements of manufacturing processes, looking for opportunities to reduce costs, improve yields and increase throughput whilst maintaining high quality levels. The Manufacturing Lead will be responsible for the manufacturing and analysis of a variety products across Twist Bioscience's proprietary process workflow to meet the Twist production forecast and timelines. The Manufacturing Lead will be held accountable for maintaining production schedule and troubleshooting, guiding the work of other shift associates while also performing manufacturing tasks.
