Qualifications and Critical Skills/Expertise: High School diploma with 4+ years of relevant experience, OR Associate's degree with 1+ year experience, OR Bachelor's degree in a related field. Hands-on experience with tools, lab equipment, or manufacturing environments; prior production or assembly experience is a plus. Proficiency with precision measurement tools (calipers, rulers), lab equipment, and/or 3D printers. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities. Strong verbal and written communication skills for documentation, reporting, and team collaboration. Ability to take initiative, troubleshoot, and seek clarification to ensure accuracy and quality.
