The Engineer Technician is primarily responsible for performing preventative maintenance and repair at the World Equestrian Center. The Engineering Tech is expected to report to Chief Engineer or Supervisor upon arriving to work to receive work to be one for the day, as well as give or receive Shift Turnover communication. Primary Responsibilities: Troubleshoot any maintenance problems and repair. Complete all work orders that are assigned by any department. Monitor/take readings of all heating/cooling and water systems daily. Repair and troubleshoot equipment if needed. Complete work on HVAC equipment and troubleshoot if necessary. Woodworking, wallpapering, painting, & dry walling Troubleshoot and complete minor electrical repairs. Perform rooms preventative maintenance program as directed.
