We are looking for our next Licensed MassageTherapist to join our team. This individual will help create, cultivate, and promote a high-quality wellness environment for our guests. They will provide the Tricoci standard of services for massage and body treatments.
Here are some highlights of what you will be doing in this role:
Responsible for performing full body massage services including exfoliation treatments, and body wraps.
Provide consistent communication with our guests to identify their needs and set expectations throughout the treatment.
Follows all safety, sanitation, and hygienic procedures before, during and after services; always ensuring board compliance.
Regularly attend and participate in educational trainings to improve and strengthen wellness service expertise and develop new skills, this includes staff meetings, training sessions, sales promotions, external events, and industry shows.
Be an active and engaged member of the Tricoci team that promotes teamwork and a high level of client services throughout the Salon and Spa.
Cultivates new client relationships and ensures retention of new and existing guests through high standards of service, courteous and attentiveness.
Achieving personal and salon service goals by informing and educating guests on new, innovative products, other services, and programs to build a strong guest base.
Maintains safety standards and cleanliness, keeping work area clean and equipment properly sanitized.
Proactively develops new clientele through delivering exceptional service, rebooking, referrals, and promotion.
Here are some of the skills that we are looking for in this individual:
Valid and current Illinois license is required.
One to Three years' experience a plus.
Thorough knowledge of various massage modalities, such as deep tissue, Swedish, etc., and a willingness to learn to utilize various tools support wellness services, such as hot stone, cupping massage, etc.
Strong communication, excellent communication skills and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to build and maintain strong guest relationships.
Required education: High school or equivalent.
Able to stand on your feet or sit for prolonged periods of time.
Available to work a minimum of 4 days per week of varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsible for performing full body massage services including exfoliation treatments, and body wraps.
Provide consistent communication with our guests to identify their needs and set expectations throughout the treatment.
Follows all safety, sanitation, and hygienic procedures before, during and after services; always ensuring board compliance.
Regularly attend and participate in educational trainings to improve and strengthen wellness service expertise and develop new skills, this includes staff meetings, training sessions, sales promotions, external events, and industry shows.
Be an active and engaged member of the Tricoci team that promotes teamwork and a high level of client services throughout the Salon and Spa.
Cultivates new client relationships and ensures retention of new and existing guests through high standards of service, courteous and attentiveness.
Achieving personal and salon service goals by informing and educating guests on new, innovative products, other services, and programs to build a strong guest base.
Maintains safety standards and cleanliness, keeping work area clean and equipment properly sanitized.
