The Data Entry Associate II is responsible for performing administrative tasks to support the Document Management team. Responsibilities
Receive, review, sort, and process incoming mail and documents for appropriate departmental routing.

The Documentation Specialist II is responsible for managing clinical documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards. This role involves reviewing, validating, and updating medical records and physician orders, as well as coordinating with healthcare providers and patients to resolve documentation issues. **_Responsibilities_**
+ Intake, review, and quality-check clinical documents to ensure they meet requirements for ordered items.

+ 1-2 years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician in a pharmacy, warehouse, or fulfillment environment, preferred.
+ Active Florida Pharmacy Technician License in good standing.
+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods (up to 4 hours at a time).
+ Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
+ Basic computer skills for inventory management and order processing.
+ Reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
