What You Will Need to Succeed
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; OR
A minimum of four years of comprehensive experience within the insurance industry, either in an agency or company setting, OR
A minimum of four years of equivalent combined education and practical experience, preferably with a background in sales.
Possession of an advanced degree or recognized insurance designation is highly advantageous.
Proven capability to effectively oversee and manage a book of business.
Skilled in delivering compelling presentations tailored for high-level executives.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, facilitating seamless interaction with clients and colleagues alike.

Corestream is seeking a Client Executive to own the overall client-facing relationship with a book of enterprise-level customers. You will be the client's go-to Corestream contact for ongoing account strategy, support, and growth through adding new products, driving user engagement, managing support issues, and providing comprehensive reporting.
You will serve as a strategic partner to clients by sharing industry knowledge and trends while also providing recommendations on additional products, services, and strategy to help them create a top tier benefits program.
You will also actively triage issues to bring them quickly to resolution, leveraging Corestream's internal support teams, as well as our broker and provider partners. Your primary business tools will be Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Power BI and more.

Responsibilities:
* Manage the day-to-day aspects of our existing client relationships including ongoing strategy conversations, adding new products to the platform, and increasing user engagement, as well as triaging issues and providing/analyzing reports for clients
* Work closely with external partners including carriers/providers, brokers, and technology partners to ensure white-glove client experience
* Manage Client and Broker escalations, leveraging Customer Care and Client Operations teams as needed to resolve all issues
* Serve as the main communication liaison between the Client and internal Corestream stakeholders
* Assist clients in open enrollment planning, as well as benefit fairs coordination and attendance
* Account planning is critical, including thinking strategically about each account, determining where the areas for growth are, and executing on these initiatives
Recipe for Success:
* 5+ years' experience in an account management or client sales role, managing and/or selling into a sizeable book of business
* Prior experience in a role that prioritizes sales + account growth, cross-functional team collaboration & white-glove client support
* A self-starting attitude with sales chops and the ability to identify and act on opportunities and manage them through the sales, implementation, and launch processes
* Ability to form strong personal relationships with clients while maintaining a positive attitude with all stakeholders (clients, vendors, peers) even in difficult situations
* Balancing attention to detail with swift execution when triaging issues
* Proficiency with multiple online tools (in particular Salesforce, PowerBI, Excel and other Microsoft Office tools)

Philips Transparency Details
Total Target Earnings is composed of base salary + target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $265,000 to $300,000, annually. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance.

A day in the life.
As a Strategic Client Executive on the EHB team, you will manage complex client portfolios and serve as the primary contact for HR, Finance, and C-suite leaders. A day in the life.
As our Client Executive on the Business Insurance team, you will work with and may lead the Account Team to service, grow, and retain an existing commercial book of business. This includes the ability to make decisions and manage workload so that the day-to-day service needs of our clients are met by the account team within a busy deadline-driven environment. The Client Executive is also responsible for coordinating the marketing and placement of new and renewal commercial accounts.
This position has the ability to work out of any of our Michigan offices in Grand Rapids, Livonia or Troy.

Minimum 3-5 years industry commercial insurance experience preferred.
Property/Casualty license, Surplus Lines and Insurance Counselor license or ability to attain is required.

Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the employee health and benefits market. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients through networking, referrals, and outreach efforts. Collaboration and Team Support: Work closely with internal teams, including account management, underwriting, and customer service, to ensure seamless service delivery. As an Client Executive, you will:
Provide guidance, direction and support to account team as needed for data entry into Agency Management System
Tactful demonstration to carrier partners of the timing, art and understanding of the underwriter mindset in order to obtain the most desirable outcome for client. Rate and coverage negotiation for renewal and competitive quotes prior to presenting to Producer.
Drives strategy and ownership of client deliverables & meeting client expectations (including proposals, stewardship, meetings, special projects etc.).
Partnership: Builds client relationships at all levels (HR, Finance, Decision-makers and C-Suite).
Informs account team of any significant changes relating to the client. Understands and adapts to style of client to best suit their needs.

Strategize on project details and give direction to the Client Team on needed tasks and sets / monitors deadlines

Ensures all client revenue is collected on a timely basis, which may include consulting fees and carrier commissions.

Lockton is currently seeking a Global Client Executive in the Lockton Global Solutions Practice who will be independently and wholly responsible for a book of global clients; this will entail translating risk and loss profiles into solutions through program design across all lines of cover through program design across all lines of cover through a compliance lens. They will build long-term, trusted advisor relationships with clients, producers, and domestic associates, supporting business growth. The Global Client Executive drives accountability for execution of account strategies by delegating and empowering supporting associates on the Lockton Global Solutions team, as well as the domestic US risk teams. The Global Account Executive should always adhere to Lockton's cultural values, and treat fellow associates, clients and vendors with dignity and respect.
Responsibilities
* Leadership of a dedicated book of business
* Strong relationships with global clients - understand their global insurance needs and requirements
* Stay up to date on all industry and global economic trends to provide informed advice to clients
* Accountable for the global service and execution
* Lead market relationships and negotiation
* Manage the entire renewal process and overall global client relationship
* Leadership and development of Client Managers and Global Analysts
* Manage and cultivate internal relationships with other Risk Solutions teams, other associates, and Producers
Essential Competencies
* Senior coverage expert across all lines of business. Specifically, with ownership (both placement and advisory) of the International Casualty product. Collaboration, strategic input and international implementation of other lines of cover, including but not limited to: Property, Marine, Directors and Officers Liability, Crime, Business Travel Accident, Environmental Liability and Professional Liability
* Identifies opportunities to create synergies and reduce frictional costs of global programs
* Can articulate Lockton's global capabilities, value proposition and differentiators
* Ability to analyze exposures and identify risks, inconsistencies, and accuracy of reported data
* Creates timely and accurate submissions, initial quote comparisons and coverage reviews
* Assists with prospecting new business, including preparing and presenting RFPs
* Post-binding implementation, including overseeing the accuracy and reporting of local admitted policies and other global program tracking
* Country Leadership - accountable for senior level relationships with the Lockton teams who are overseas and develops senior market relationships accountable for carrier performance
* Keep a pulse on market and regulatory developments to update internal and external stakeholders

As our Client Executive on the Business Insurance team, you'll display a high-level of technical expertise servicing an existing book of business, marketing and placing new and renewal business, and providing excellent customer service to clients, carriers and peers. The Client Executive will work closely with the producer and service team providing leadership and support.

Knowledge of insurance company markets and conditions, binding authority, procedures and underwriting guidelines.
Excellent communication skills to effectively service customers.
Ability to proactively manage book of business and to develop healthy relationships in order to retain accounts.
Ability to negotiate quotes with underwriters and evaluate the clients' needs.
Be a self-starter; problem solver with good time management skills and the ability to be organized and meet deadlines.
Property and Casualty license required (can obtain upon hire).
These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:

The applicable base salary range for this role is $63,100 to $117,500.The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.We are excited to offer a competitive total rewards package which includes health and welfare benefits, tuition assistance, 401K savings and other retirement programs as well as employee assistance programs.
