Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:
Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
Stock kitchen inventory as needed
Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
Other duties as assigned

Responsibilities:
Acts as the expert on the Brand Guardrails which guide how to represent the brand in marketing and advertising at the local and market levels.
Strengthens the in-person and digital social presence of the business by building emotional connections with guests and escalating our reach and community awareness
Social Media - design and maintain all aspects to include product messaging in alignment with national campaigns, team member highlights, and engaging guest feedback (includes website updates)
Digital Marketing - strategically leverage tools to increase digital sales and reward loyal customers
Events - lead a team to activate a healthy calendar of events that engage guests
Works with Owner/Operator to reach the surrounding communities
Boost restaurant sales by increasing catering sales inside and outside the restaurant
Ensure the catering experience is seamless by delivering an amazing guest experience
Be an ambassador for the brand by building relationships with local community members
