Able to perform adult and pediatric general ultrasound exams.

Works to maintain satisfactory working relationships with Ultrasound supervisor, Radiology Director, physicians, ancillary departments, patients, patient's family, and visitors.
Responsible patient care, supplies, and equipment maintenance.
Continues to develop professionalism through continuing education programs and in-services.
Complies with all policies of the system with the intention of delivering the highest quality of service.
Performs all other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:
The echocardiography sonographer independently performs adult echocardiograms and reports preliminary impressions as indicated. All exams are performed within standard protocols guided by Intersocietal Commission for the Accreditation of Echocardiography (ICAEL). The sonographer performs stationary and portable exams in the inpatient, outpatient, and procedural setting.
Performs transthoracic, transesophageal, dobutamine and stress exercise echocardiograms. Performs contrast and bubble studies to enhance image quality.
All other duties and assignments as directed.
Qualifications:
Graduation of an echocardiography program required.
Must obtain an appropriate credential (RDCS, RCS, or CRCS) within one year from the date of graduation of echocardiography program.
BLS certification
Responsibilities:
Greets and confirms patients, assists patient with appropriate attire for procedure.
Explains procedure length, properly positions patient for procedure, and expectations along with desired results.
Selects and utilizes appropriate technical factors for procedure based on body habits, pathology, and body parts.
Processes completed images making sure they are of interpretable quality.
Continues to develop professionally through continuing education programs and in-services.
Complies with all policies of the system with the intention of delivering the highest quality of service.
Primary Responsibilities include performance of the following procedures: Adult Echocardiography, Stress/Echo tests. Additional responsibilities include maintaining work logs, providing preliminary reports, and working closely with physicians to ensure protocols are established and met.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities: * Prepares procedure suite for all procedures. * Provide competent assistance to the physician in all procedures with caring for the patient and scrubbing the procedure with the physician. * Provide patient teaching and patient safety.
* Is responsible for the operation of all equipment in the CVOR procedure room, and C-Arms.
* Perform daily quality control checks on the X Ray system and supporting equipment to insure proper function of equipment at all times.
* Display knowledge of X Ray equipment and operation.
* Display knowledge of DC defibrillator and able to use the system when appropriate.
* Load and operate pressure injector as ordered by physician.
* Obtain hemostasis by holding pressure on the patient groin/arm, control bleeding at surgical site, and deploy hematoma management as needed after the procedure has been completed.
* Cleans and maintains departmental equipment per specific standards.
* Customer service; able to answer department telephone and provide customer assistance.

Vascular UltrasoundTechnologist - FT - Vascular Associates - Florence Responsibilities: * The vascular ultrasoundtechnologist will operate ultrasound equipment to perform the full spectrum of vascular non-invasive arterial, venous, and physiologic studies. Peripheral Vascular Lab Services provided by technologists include Non-Invasive Carotid Studies, Arterial Duplex Studies, Venous Duplex Studies, Transcranial Doppler Studies, Renal Artery Studies, Arterial Physiology, and Vein Mapping.
* The technician will also verify that appropriate regulatory standards are met and there are some diagnostic administrative responsibilities to maintain ultrasound accreditation.
* The technician will be responsible for aiding in scheduling of studies as well as assisting physicians in the creation of ultrasound reports.

Qualifications:
* Candidate must be familiar with all vascular procedures and a minimum of 1 year of experience.
* Candidate must be a graduate of at least a 12-month Ultrasound Imaging Program, or graduate of a School of Radiologic Technology with on-the-job training in Diagnostic or Vascular Ultrasound.
* Candidate must complete and pass RVT or ARDMS exam within 12 months of employment date. Must meet ACR accreditation guidelines as required.
