The Ideal candidate is an experienced Pharmacy Technician with at least two years of hands-on experience in a retail, infusion, or hospital pharmacy setting. Key Responsibilities Job-Specific Competencies * Medication Processing & Accuracy * Handle complex insurance processes including HAR creation, URN, PFA, and PAP * Prepare ATC, ambulance, non-sterile compounds, Investigational medications, and chemotherapy accurately * Maintain 95% accuracy and meet all productivity guidelines * Ensure productivity stats remain within 20% of area averages (Order Entry, Tech Dispensing, POS, Delivery) * Training & Support * Participate in training new and current pharmacy employees * Inventory & Supply Management * Receive and stock medications and supplies from wholesalers and Inventory Control * Process returns and recalls with appropriate vendors * Monitor and adjust inventory during the fill process to ensure adequate stock levels * Communication & Issue Resolution * Notify and coordinate with MDA personnel and external vendors to resolve issues promptly * Additional Responsibilities * Perform standard technician duties Other duties as assigned.
