QUALIFICATIONS: * Must be able to communicate effectively in English * An in-depth, detailed knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical processes (thermoforming or previous changeover experience preferred). * Analytically oriented to troubleshoot and establish root cause of problems. * Qualified fork truck operator * High school diploma or equivalent trade school diploma * Candidate who is mechanically inclined and a plus is someone with 3 years' experience in machine maintenance in the plastics industry.
