Maintain and repair refrigeration, air conditioning and heating equipment, window and central air conditioning units, refrigeration systems, forced air heating and ventilation systems, and pumps. Periodically serve as a member of the HVAC team on-call rotation. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED and a minimum of 3 years or 6,000 hours experience in at least one skilled area. Knowledge of refrigeration, air conditioning, and mechanical system repair. Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to work as part of a team and with occasional independent assignments, with minimal supervision and the ability to lift and carry 80 lbs. Experience and ability to operate a variety of power/hand tools and testing devices, possess and maintain a valid Driver's License and adherence to the requirements of the Office of Risk Management.
