This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a precision-driven, process-focused environment and enjoys hands-on electromechanical work. If you have experience assembling motors, stators, coils, or other high-reliability electrical/mechanical systems-and you take pride in meticulous workmanship-this could be an excellent fit. In this position, you'll perform detailed assembly, testing, and inspection of electric motor components used in next-generation power and motion systems. You'll work with stators, windings, insulation systems, wiring, and precision mechanical fixtures while following strict work instructions and quality standards.
