Position Requirements • Minimum 7 years of experience performing heavy maintenance on turbofan engine corporate aircraft (Gulfstream, Embraer, Challenger, Global, Learjet, Hawker.) • Available to work 6:30am-3:00pmm M-F with flexibility for overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed to meet business needs. • Ability to read and interpret OEM maintenance manuals and schematic diagrams. • Able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs., and work in physically demanding conditions. • Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. • Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License. • High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Preferred Characteristics • Experience in an MRO or Service Center environment. • Factory-authorized training on corporate aircraft or Honeywell engines. • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and technical skills. • Excellent communication and documentation abilities. • Proven ability to work independently while supporting team goals. • Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
